If your answer is yes, then you are experiencing well-being, a state of general contentment with life and the way things are. But if many of us aren’t the good news is that—with practice, we can enhance our well-being and achieve a state of balance and contentment. We can flourish!
Well-being is both mental and physical. I’ve always believed and experienced that spirituality positively impacts mental health but its connection with physical health was something that I had not experienced before. This belief began to establish when earlier this year I was not in best my health and started practicing chakra mediation to balance my chakras.
Chakras are unbalanced when any of our chakra is either under active, over active or blocked, thus resulting in low mental, emotional and physical level. Different toxins, impurities and chemicals present in our water, food and air also contribute to imbalanced chakras. The state of balanced chakras can be attained by practicing various techniques, one on which is meditation. With the practice, slowly gradually I experienced healing and realized that human body has divine powers to heal itself.
Doctors will continue to do their bit; but always remember well-being is our natural inclination and healing is also a natural process, we need to just realign our inner energy and connect to our higher self.
